Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TyllFlow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TyllFlow on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
- You must be able to form a binding contract
- If you disagree with any part, do not use the service
- Additional plan-specific terms may apply where stated
The service
TyllFlow provides a multi-tenant business operating platform — POS, inventory, menu, CRM, HR & payroll, finance, operations, and reporting — delivered on a commercially reasonable-effort basis.
- Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves
- Some features depend on your plan
- Statutory/payroll and tax figures are tools to assist you — you remain responsible for legal accuracy
Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your workspace and everyone you invite into it.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
- You are responsible for the users, roles, and permissions you grant
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
Your data & responsibilities
You own the data you put into TyllFlow. You are responsible for how you collect and use it.
- You retain ownership of your workspace content and records
- For customer and employee data you enter, you are the controller and must have a lawful basis and any required consents
- You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you
Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans and trials are governed by the plan you select at sign-up or upgrade.
- Trials automatically convert to the Free plan when the trial period ends unless you upgrade
- Prices and currency may vary by country; taxes may apply
- Subscriptions renew for the chosen cycle until cancelled
- Non-payment may lead to suspension or downgrade of the workspace
Acceptable use
To keep the platform safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or fraudulent
- Attempt to breach security, access other tenants, or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform except as allowed by law
- Send spam or misuse messaging/notification features
Intellectual property
The software and brand are ours; your content stays yours.
- TyllFlow and its software, design, and trademarks belong to us
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service
- Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation
Availability, warranties & liability
We work hard on reliability but the service is provided "as is".
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss
Termination, changes & contact
How the agreement can end and how we handle updates.
- You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment
- On termination you can export your data during a reasonable window before deletion
- We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date; continued use means acceptance
